WORLD GRATITUDE DAY 21:09:22

A group of 26 will be running/walking a grateful mile on the hour every hour for 24 hours.

What is the 2022 - 24 hour Run Grateful Challenge?

After the success of the Run Grateful Challenge in 2020 we are delighted to be able to re-host this 24 hour event in 2022. The Run Grateful team has grown and our ability to be able to take the powerful message of gratitude to a wider audience has grown with it. We are excited to harness this energy with 26 new 'Run Grateful' participants on Wednesday 21st September 2022.

As always we will start with a 5km distance run, followed by running a mile on the hour, for twenty-four straight hours (amounting to a full 26.2 mile marathon distance) — dedicating each hour to someone or something we feel especially grateful to and for. We know that this transformational experience, combining both running and gratitude practice, will be cherished by both those 'on the track' but also the wider audience who we will be encouraging to 'move with us' on World Gratitude Day. This year our adventures will begin at midnight on the Tuesday and finish 24 hours later at midnight on the Wednesday.

Over the next few months we will be introducing the team on our channels, sharing what gratitude means to them and also how you can get involved both near and far.

The success of these 24 hours event and the overwhelmingly exciting response from the previous participants have spurred our mission to foster a global Run Grateful community and share this  transformative event with the rest of the world.
