DECEMBER 31 DAY CHALLENGE

Hey Run Grateful community.   

As the winter beckons and 2022 draws to a close we are getting ourselves ready for the December challenge.   

For those of you who are new to the community (or will kindly pass this on) we are encouraging you to take part in your own Grateful Mile every day in December.   

As part of this challenge we have created a calendar of activities for you to consider in your daily walk/jog/run. We strongly believe that practising gratitude is a lifelong source of positivity but how you do it isn't something obvious and we need to try different things to see what works best for us.   

How to use the calendar?   Firstly we will be sharing some useful information on each daily challenge on our two main channels:  1. Run Grateful website - so become a part of this community today and sign-up here -https://www.rungrateful.com/contact   2. Run Grateful Instagram - follow our IG - https://www.instagram.com/1gratefulrun/ - each day we will sharing more information on the daily challenge - giving insight into the days coming up - collaborating with friends and partners and Mark will be doing some LIVE broadcasts (hopefully with a few of you)   Calendar will be shared to all Sign-ups and on the website   

What to do next:   SHARE this post with friends who you feel will benefit from some gratitude during the typically hectic month of December.  

Last year our challengers were spread over ten different countries and this year WITH YOUR KIND HELP we want to spread the gratitude to over twenty five - so please share with your friends from around the world.
